  • Liquid Build Terminal

    The liquid bulk terminal comprises the Hazardous Liquid Bulk Terminal (for petroleum products, chemicals and LPG) and the Edible Oil Bulk Terminal. The terminals are served by dedicated pipelines linked to their respective tank farms.

    The Hazardous Liquid Bulk terminal has a handling rate of up to 1,200 tonnes per hour. The Edible Oil Bulk Terminal can handle up to 3000 tonnes per hour.

Berths 4 jetties with a total length of 815 metres

Maximum ship size 2,000 - 80,000 dwt

JOHORE PORT AUTHORITY

Johor Port Authority is the regulatory authority for all port operations in the state of Johor.

The Authority’s jurisdiction covers all port operations including those at Johor Port Berhad in Pasir Gudang, the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, the soon-to-be commissioned port at Tanjung Langsat and several smaller terminals at Batu Pahat and Muar.

The Authority also operates the Johor Ferry Services, a passenger/vehicular ferry service with ferry terminals at Tanjung Belungkor and Kota Tinggi and at Changi in Singapore.

 

JOHOR PORT BHD

Johor Port, which is operated by Johor Port Berhad, is located at Pasir Gudang on the southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia. The port is linked to all parts of the nation by expressways and a rail network linked to the national grid. The port, which is located in a Free Zone has a capacity of 40 million tones including a one million TEU dedicated container terminal.

  • Break Bulk Terminal

    The terminal has three wharves with a total length of 500 metres. It handles palletized cargo, cargo in drums, steel billets and coils, scrap metal, timber, heavy lifts, etc. Landside storage/holding space total 220,000 sq metres of transit sheds, warehouses and open yards.

  • Multipurpose Terminal

    The terminal is designed for the handling of general bulk cargo that do not require the use of a conveyor system.

Storage 485,623 sq metres (including 10,600 sq metres of covered space)

One of the berths is used as a passenger terminal.

  • Dry Bulk Terminal

    The dry bulk terminal is the region’s most modern of its kind. It handles cereals, chemical fertilizers, cement clinker, etc. The handling rate is 1,000 tonnes per hour.
